Within each realm there are many contexts. Within the realms of science --- conflicts between exclusive experimentalists and exclusive theorists are not as common as within other realms. There should be balanced concern about imbalance in the other realms. Exclusive EXPERIMENTALISTS are BIASED TOWARDS favoring accurate reports of experiences, measurements, and existential reports of reflexive insights --- and BIASED AGAINST favoring logical and carefully reasoned reports of predictions based upon accepted assumptions, hypotheses, laws and theoretical constructs Exclusive THEORISTS are BIASED TOWARDS favoring logical and carefully reasoned reports of predictions based upon accepted assumptions, hypotheses, laws and theoretical constructs --- and BIASED AGAINST accurate reports of experiences, measurements, and existential reports of reflexive insights. Exclusive THEORISTS are prone to report their theoretical predictions as if the predictions were reports of experimental facts, which confirm their theoretical predictions. Exclusive EXPERIMENTALISTS are prone to report experimental observations as if they were verifications of theoretical predictions. Exclusive THEORISTS and exclusive EXPERIMENTALISTS are prone to confuse each other's kinds of statements with their own---because they think that their own kinds of statements are the only ones which are worthy of respect and so conclude that all their statements (which must be worthy of respect because their are their own) must be of the kind towards which they are favorably biased. Exclusive EXPERIMENTALISTS and exclusive THEORISTS are prone to disagree with and reject each other's exclusive statements in favor of their own---as a way of affirming their own kinds of exclusive statements as the only kind of statements which are worthy of respect. Conflict is thus a means for both kinds of people to make affirmations about the superiority of their own kinds of affirmations ---and their own personal superiority. So long as this kind of sub-conscious "logic" is tolerated/respected --- personal and communal integrity is impossible. To enjoy both personal and communal integrity we must work together to find ways in which to integrate the instincts of exclusive experimentalists and the instincts of exclusive theorists --- within realms where they try to fulfill their respective kinds of bias.
