If ambiguities and paradoxes are "eliminated" by the imposition and enforcement of dichotomous rules, regulations, prohibitions, prescriptions, formulas, & proscriptions---it is unlikely that people will communicate effectively their intimate insights into how to deal wisely with ambiguity and paradoxical truths. Formal people who have limited their communications to formal exchanges --- are likely to be too embarrassed to try to describe reflexive relationships which are more typical of intimate personal relationships, than typical of formal relationships. People who accurately describe reflexive relationships are likely to "tempt" such formal people to suspect that the those reflexive insights developed within the context of "improper" intimate relationships. Where else could they have developed? Not within formal relationships through formal scientific research! Thus, perceptive people who have been involved in intimate relationships (which might be regarded as "improper") are unlikely to be open and honest about helpful reflexive insights which have developed within those intimate relationships. In the light of the above it is clear that formal training of teachers, counselors, social workers, police officers, and business-people are likely to be inadequate to the challenges which such people are bound to encounter in situations where the reflexive aspects of intimate personal relationships play major roles---especially if all extra-marital intimacy is tacitly regarded as "improper" and not to be acknowledged.
