Rarely do objective scientists focus upon the importance of the creative process of transcending traditional ways of thinking---including the process of transcending of collusive games of mutual self deception which narrow the range of alternative insights which may be considered. The creative process of transcending traditional ways of thinking rarely requires the use of any specialized formal tools. It is not a technocratic process. The creative process is often inhibited by excessive: discipline, rules, regulations, prohibitions, prescriptions, proscriptions, requirements, prerequisites, demands, etc. It is rarely enlivened by attempts to control it, direct it, or reward it. The creative processes of transcending traditional ways of thinking are often inhibited by powerful addicts, codependents and colluders who are highly respected by their peers and others---because of all that they have accomplished through being preoccupied with issues of control. To promote creative processes we need to help young people to transcend the limitations imposed by such highly respected and powerful people---by exposing their lack of integrity and the lack of integrity in the institutions and communities which support them.
