Fear, resentment, alienation, distrust, dishonesty, misunderstanding, ignorance, tension and defensive manipulations play dominant roles in evil relationships. We cannot overcome any evil through any efforts to control or repress evil or any of the people whom we identify as evil; for such efforts generate alienation. We cannot transcend evil by our efforts to be good or better than others; for such efforts generate alienation. God's Salvation does not remove us from evil people in relationships; but does help us to help heal evil relationships with: love, charity, forgiveness, humility, honesty, gentleness, patience, kindness, dialogue, balance, justice and free gifts of security which is enjoyed as the freedom to be vulnerable. God's salvation does not remove us from conflicting ideals, values, visions or people; but does help us to integrate them through honest dialogue and cooperation. The fact that some people are trapped in alienative relationships and live with unresolved conflicts does not make conflict evil. God calls us to accept each other as whole persons in search of honesty and integrity---being true to ourselves and each other, whole and healthy as God created us to be. God does not call us to pass judgment upon or to condemn other people who differ with us---because God made them different from how God made us; responsive to complementary/integrative ideals, values and desires with which we are unfamiliar and which we do not understand.
