Are such people evil sinners who refuse to repent to be condemned to excommunication? Is there no better way to deal with their irregular patterns of behavior? Are such people more likely to adopt regular behavior patterns in response to judgements, condemnations and excommunications --- or in response to efforts to facilitate improved communication and dialogue?
