Creative insights cannot get published if they do not conform to the standards of the paradigm; and especially if the insights call into question any ideals and values which are embodied in the paradigm. Respectable professional publications exclude from their pages articulations of insights which have not generated a required level of consensus support among respected leaders of the paradigm. Articulations which fail to celebrate the central features of the paradigm are not published. In the extreme such patterns of behaviors lead to the evolution of professional collusive games of mutual self deception which cannot be described accurately within the professional publications; for to do so would violate the tribal taboos of the profession. Young people, take note! Professional collusions can be transcended in many instances only by reaching young people who may or may not become new members of the profession---and helping them to recognize, describe, and talk about the lack of integrity within the profession before they become involved in pre- professional training programs. Once young people have become involved in and affirmed by pre-professional training programs, and aspire to gain the respect of powerful participants in collusive games of mutual self deception; it is not likely that they will be helped to recognize, describe, and talk about the lack of integrity within the profession. This means that the work needed for a community to transcend such professional collusions must be done within the context of the early years of education. Teachers of young students must be assured freedoms of communication and academic freedom within secure contexts; else dominant members of professions which are engaged in collusive games of mutual self deception will find overt and covert ways to undermine the power of creative teachers who have the insights required to help the new generation of students to transcend such collusive games of mutual self deception.
