   1. The nation's Constitution, 
   2. The "Universal Declaration of Human Rights" as adopted by the United Nation, and 
   3. The "Rights-of-Students" as articulated in the "Joint Statement on Students Rights" found in the "AAUP's Policy 
      Documents and Reports (the "Redbook") of the "American Association of University Professors" as found at:
      www.aaup.org and more specifically at Students' Rights

We canot Mitigate our own Alienative-Conflicts, if we are engaged in trying to WIN-CONFLICTS in keeping with the life-
styles and the systems of ideals, values, principles and goals - - - of Domineering-Bullies and Mobbing-Mobsters!

The Powers-of-True-Lovers and of Facilitators of People Mitigating Their-Own Alienative-Conflicts - - - Flow-From How-Well-
Integrated their Clusters-of-Affirmed-and-Demonstrated: Ideals, Values, Principles and Virtues REALLY-ARE - - - and from
How-Well-Integrated their own Inter-Personal-Relationships ARE - - - in both Theory-and-Practice.

The Powers-of-True-Lovers and of Facilitators of People Mitigating Their-Own Alienative-Conflicts ALSO  Flow-From How-Well-
Integrated they are into their own communities of all kinds.  They are unlikely to have much power to be "Facilitators 
of People Mitigating Their-Own Alienative-Conflicts if they are embeded-in-communities which are thoroughly DOMINATED
BY DOMINEERING-BULLIES AND MOBBING-MOBSTERS!
