    Suppression     Concentrations-of-Great-Wealth    Concentrations-of-Great-Powers       Excommunications   Banishments

 2. Move to the use of extreme measures - - - if trickery and seduction do not work reliably enough to suit them.

 3. Sustain their view that they are Inherently-Superior-People    without-any-doubt    who never make-any-mistake. AMEN!
