The First-Steps toward being able to help other people to work cooperatively to Mitigate-Their-Own-Alienative-Conflicts include: 1. Showing an interest in learning about their perspectives and perceptions of the world and people and relationships which they can observe around them; and about their own personal: needs, concerns, fears, anxieties, etc. 2. Demonstrating a beginning level of understanding of what they have revealed about themselves - - - in as charitable a way as possible - - - without "taking-sides" in any way on any conflict or contentious issue that is present. 3. Demonstrating an interest in finding some area-of-possible-cooperation - - - to achieve some mutually-beneficial-result of interest to various-possible-distrustful-participants/victims within the Alienative-Conflicts which are present.
