Leaders in the formulations, policing and enforcement of:

1. Traditional-Expectations, 2. Ethical-Standards, 3. Moral-Standards, and 4. Taboos-Enforced by Excommunications ---

within each society, community, profession, religion and/or culture --- often find themselves in Alienative-Conflicts due to their differing Unarticulated-and-Articulated:

a. Beginning: Assumptions, Attitudes, Approaches, Prejudices, and Biases; b. Ways of thinking, reasoning and making decisions; c. Committments to differing: Ideals, Values, Principles, Virtues, Hopes and Expectations; d. Traditions which are taken for granted as obviously "normal" for "all" around them.

To the extent that the above differences are NOT articulated within Open-and-Honest-Dialogues; while being-graciously-together in Shalom's Communal-Sanctuaries built for ALL to enjoy; and

To the extent that people are NOT Mutually-Confirming To-Each-Other's-Satisfactions ---

Those Articulations to each other ---

To that extent - - - People will NOT be able to Mitigate their Own Alienative-Conflicts --- and People will NOT be able to Mitigate the Bitter-Fruits of their Own Alienative-Conflicts.

NEITHER will OUTSIDERS be able to Mitigate FOR THEM - - - such tragic realities!
