Honesty-and-Openly Describing the essential-foundations-for-personal- and-communal-integrations-and-integrities --- can generate contentious- responses-from-current-powerful-leaders who feel-threatened-and-singled- out by-the-timing of the publications-of the descriptions --- which made clear what the intentions of the publishers were; at least in the perception of those who feel personally threatened by such publications!

What then will be the "proper time" to publish Descriptions of the Essential-Foundations for Personal-and-Communal Integrations-and-Integrities? When will there be no leaders who perceive such publications as aimed- intentionally-and-personally-directly at-them as particular-individuals?

In the presence of-such-fearful-leaders; how can True-Lovers Graciously-Help people who are trapped-in-alienative-conflicts --- to let-go-of their- favorite alienative-conflicts: over who will be dominant, in control, richest, most influential, etc? Who knows and/or who can know?

The previous comments make clear that in the presence of Domineering-Bullies --- it is rarely possible to be open and honest without running the risk of offending some powerful people. Thus, the question is always: How can we most helpfully move forward in helping those who are trapped in Alienative-Conflicts --- to Mitigate their own Alienative-Conflicts: for their own good, well-being, integrity and health?

1. Refrain from overt threats and attacks. 2. Refrain from traditional implicit threats and attacks. 3. Refrain from threatening postures and attitudes. 4. Offer opportunities for good-will exchanges. 5. Cultivate mutual non-threatening-friendships. 6. Offer true gifts of support and mutual friendship. 7. Show possibilities for mutual hospitality and generosity. 8. Develop mutually advantageous cooperative projects. 9. Publicly declare intentions to do the above. 10. Clearly Let-Go-Of contradictory habits and intentions. (c) 2009 by Paul A. Smith in Search for Integrity and Honesty (On Being Yourself, Whole and Healthy)
