Some specific-guidelines for behaviors --- often pertain to very specific: tasks, duties, jobs, technologies and conflicts. People who are working to help-people to Mitigate-their-Own- Conflicts --- will be most effective in such efforts --- if they refrain from giving advice about specific-guidelines for Conformity-to-Domineering-Bullies'-Demands; and about WHO is: Good, Evil, Trustworthy, Superior, Inferior, Saved, Dammed, etc. People will undermine their own Gracious-Work, if they favor one-contentious-side in any Alienative-Conflict; even if only implicitly and/or tacitly. More-Generally: Any person working to help people to Mitigate-Their-Own Alienative-Conflicts --- will undermine that work --- if they work within the framework of the Life-Styles of Domineering- Bullies': Assumptions, Attitudes, Values, Ideals, Principles, Tools, Technologies, Questions, Goals, Hopes and Aspirations --- related to any efforts to Concentrate-Wealth-Powers-Influence - - - in the absence of any respected-restrictions there-upon. The focus in work on helping people to Mitigate-their-Own_Alienative-Conflicts needs to be upon: Reconciliations, Listening-to-each-Other, Clearly-Confirming-Messages-Received, Facilitating- Open-and-Honest-Dialogue, Cooperating-in-Mutually-Advantageous-Projects, etc. We are likely to be mis-lead, if we focus upon: The-Past, Identifying-Who-Is-Evil, Identifying- Who-is-Good, Evening-Up-Old-Scores, Proving-Who-is-Guilty, Proving-Who-is-Right, Proving-Who-Is- Wrong, etc. How can we learn to Be-Graciously-Together in Shalom's-Reconciling-Ways --- in the Coming-Days?
