Course Keys **** People often have great difficulty engaging in open and honest dialogue about occasions of disparities in levels of: Risk Invulnerability Poverty Wealth Vulnerability Invulnerability Insecurity Security Danger Safety Impotence Power Rejection Exclusivity Damnation Salvation Slavery Being-in-Control Decay Luxuries Destruction Integrations Disintegration Authenticity Disease Full-Health-Care To facilitate the Open-and-Honest-Dialogue which is essential to the Mitigation- of-Alienative-Conflicts, we need to Mitigate-the-Presence of the above disparities. We Must-Not-Wait until Alienative-Conflict are generating overt-and-tragic: Violence, Coercion, Distrust and Alienation - - - before we become committed to Mitigating-Our- Own-Alienative-Conflicts. Good-Health-Care is not possible in the absence of Gracious-Steps in efforts to prevent: Injuries, Infections, Malnutrition, Alienation, Neglect, Indifference, Insensitivity, Terrors, Anxieties, Worries, etc. Similarly the best steps toward the Mitigation-of-Alienative-Conflicts are steps to mitigate existing alienation; including: 1. Avoiding-Ignorance about how-to-respond-Graciously to Domineering-Bullies and Mobbing-Mobsters - - - before such people have become overtly coercive, violent, destructive, etc. 2. Avoiding-Negligence about Seeking-to-Understand the many aspects of Graciously- Managing our OWN: Scarce-Resources, Priorities, Anger, Frustrations, Resentments, Ignorance, Prejudices, Confusions, Emotions, Reflexes, Habits, Traditions and Our-Parts of Our-Relationships. 3. Avoiding-Thinking-of-Ourselves as Being: Superior, Perfect, Pure, Privileged, Special, Entitled, In-Charge, Dominant, Invulnerable, Risk-Free, etc. 4. Avoid the Alienative-traps of: Egotism, Greed, Pride, Covetousness, Arrogance, Hubris, Insensitivity, and Myths-Affirming-Redemptive: Violence, Controls, and Domination by our Collusive-Games-of-Mutual-Self-Deception. The above essential insights need to be taught and learned in grade-school-classes and on play-grounds! We need to teach our children to respect NEITHER the Alienative-Behaviors of Domineering Bullies/Mobbing-Mobsters NOR their Concentrations-of-Wealth-and- Powers - - - which they Gain-and-Control in Alienative-Ways which undermine our Personal-and-Communal Integration-Processes and Present-Integrities.
