The statements are NOT presented as prescriptions or proscriptions stating how particular people should or should-not behave. The statements are NOT represented here as based upon any scriptural statements, or based on any other authoritative foundation. In regards to the following statements one question which needs to be asked and addressed is the question of the accuracy of the following descriptive statements. Are the statements accurately descriptive of how some here- unnamed persons behave; e.g., accurate descriptions of how some domineering persons behave. Are the statements regarding the NATURAL consequences of domineering peoples' behaviors --- accurate statements? Domineering people's behaviors often engender: alienation, estrangement, excommunications, misunder- standings, distrust, contentiousness, conflicts and violence --- leading to both personal and communal disintegration as NATURAL consequences of domination. Some domineering people will object to true statements being made --- because they expose to the light of public discussion the nature of the NATURAL consequences of domineering peoples' behaviors! They want to be left free to dominate people's: beliefs, thoughts, feelings, hopes, fears and desires. Such domineering people often violate other people's constitutionally guaranteed rights to communicate openly and honestly with each other --- about the consequences of domineering people's alienative behaviors! Why leave domineering people free of all criticism? Some domineering religious leaders will contend that it is right and proper for them to impose upon vulnerable people --- certain religious: beliefs, teachings, rituals, prohibitions, prescriptions and proscriptions --- because of commandments found in reliable religious scriptures; and because of conclusions and traditions derived therefrom. Such domineering religious leaders do NOT base their demands on accurate statements which describe the NATURAL consequences of unwise and imprudent patterns of behavior. In fact, such domineering religious leaders often insist that we ignore many accurate descriptions of the NATURAL consequences of the behaviors of domineering people. On what grounds should such accurate descriptions be ignored and/or repressed? NATURAL consequences flow from NATURAL causes which are rooted in the cause-and-effect relationships which are described in the laws of NATURE which have been articulated by honest and well-disciplined scientists such as: Copernicus, Galileo, Brahe, Kepler, Newton, Maxwell and many others. Domineering religious leaders have often attempted to suppress such true and accurate descriptions of the patterns of NATURAL cause-and- effect relationships in the objective and reflexive realms of life. (Reflexive realms pertain to realms wherein people reflect upon their own and each other's actions and the consequences which flow NATURALLY from their own and each other's actions.) Domineering religious leaders often try to control the objective and reflexive consequences which flow from their own domineering actions and relationships. The alienative consequences of domineering religious leaders' behaviors are NOT INEVITABLE CONSEQUENCES which transcend human choices; they are consequences which can be avoided through wise and prudent human choices. Domineering religious leaders unwisely and imprudently try to control much which they cannot control with integrity; e.g., other people's: beliefs, thoughts, feelings, hopes, fears and desires. It follows from the above that it is important for common people who are true lovers --- to be clear in their own minds and in their own communications about who are the domineering people whose behaviors often lead to personal and communal disintegrations. However, rarely is it helpful for such distinctions to be made through formal procedures lead by religious or political leaders. (c) 2005 by Paul A.
