What are some signs of going out of balance --- and not focusing enough attention on maintaining our own health and integrity? Consider these signs: 1. Not spending enough time and money to eat a balanced diet, right for our own bodies. 2. Not taking enough time for rest, recreation, mediation, prayer and health care routines. 3. Not taking enough time out for systems-analysis, priority-setting, getting-overviews, learning from past blunders/mistakes/tragedies, etc. 4. Not taking enough time-out to SORT-OUT things, papers, ideas, ideals, principles, myths, etc. which with our limited time and resources we are very unlikely to make good use of --- and which are very likely to get in our way and prevent us from making good use of truly valuable things, papers, ideas, ideals, principles, myths, etc. 5. Not taking enough time-out to ORGANIZE what we intentionally keep for intentional later use; putting them away so that we can find and use them in timely ways in the future; rather than be tragically inefficient because we chose to live in chaos.
