Where boundaries are draw --- between what and what else --- within what domains of realities? Boundaries are drawn having to do with: a. Pieces of geographic territory in one, two, three or more dimensional spaces. b. Pieces of intellectual territory. c. Who may associate with whom, and at what levels of intimacy, in what kinds of intimacy. d. Management of objects and other possessions. e. Management of perceptions of realities. f. What possibilities MAY be recognized, articulated and communicated through accurate descriptions. g. What possibilities may NOT be recognized, articulated and communicated through accurate descriptions. h. How many possibilities are to permitted in considering various situations, one, two, three or more. i. What thoughts, emotions, desires, attitudes, expressions, perceptions should be required, tolerated, or repressed. j. What kinds of dissent, creativity, and non- conformity should be required, tolerated, or repressed. k. Personal space around bodies and living spaces. l. Privacy about personal aspect of living and being true to self and others. 2. How boundaries are drawn --- very narrowly-and- sharp; and/or broadly and fuzzily? 3. Who draws boundaries and for whom; for self, for others? 4. Who enforces boundaries, and upon whom; self, other, others? In what ways enforced? 5. What are the prices which people are willing to see paid and sacrifices made for the enforcement of boundaries? In time, money, energy, resources, alienation, misunderstanding, resentment, creativity, integrity, etc?
