It may seem contradictory to say thoughtlessly AND prudently. 1. To do so thoughtfully would expose their lack of personal and communal integrity --- for their rules and their enforcement of their rules must be tacit, implicit, covert, misleading, and dishonest --- to be successful. 2. To do so imprudently would expose their rules and their enforcement of their rules to public view, criticism and correction --- a terrifying outcome for people trapped in double-bind situations at every moment of life! 3. Care must be taken NOT to call attention to comprehensive sets of coherent descriptions of the ways in which respected people play collusive games of mutual self-deception --- for such comprehensive exposures are impossible to defend against, either openly or honestly. 4. Care must be taken to call attention to ISOLATED pieces of scripture which make demands upon people which cannot possibly be fulfilled with both personal and communal integrity. Making such demands leads people to engage in collusive games of mutual self-deception --- in order they they may appear to be in conformity with the scriptural demands. Getting more people to play the games is how the games succeed so deceptively. 5. Special attention should be focused upon commandments which will inhibit the formation of close friendships and intimate relationships --- within which healthy people might engage in open and honest dialogue about their perceptions of collusive games of mutual self- deception. Such informal and unauthorized relationships must be suppressed as dangerous to the public order. Truly intimate informal relationships must be replaced with proper kinds of formal relationships which are governed by the tacit rules of our collusive games of mutual self- deception. 6. Respected people who are prone to expose collusive games of mutual self-deception must be isolated --- so that they will not have the power to undermine the collusive public order. Coherent groups of such people must be fragmented --- by sowing seeds of dissension and contention; and encouraging the exclusive use of parliamentary procedures which require that decisions be made following debates on "either/or" kinds of questions; e.g., Roberts Rules of Order in the absence of complementary less contentious procedures.
