Because we are reflexive creatures our relationships are reflexive; and we reflect in differing ways upon our differing reflexive relationships. We often think that our choices and perceptions are the only: possible, reasonable, proper or conceivable choices and perceptions. We are likely then to be in conflict in violent relationships: with other people who have made differing choices, and have experienced differing perceptions of what relationships are: possible, reasonable, proper and/or conceivable. If we have not reflected carefully upon the multitude of differing ways in which there may be differences between how we regard the many differing relationships between: our selves, other persons, other objects, and their various relationships---then we may not recognize the roots of our many conflicts and forms of violence. We then are unlikely to articulate and clarify for ourselves or others (in writings, talks, speeches, conversation and dialogue) the roots of our many conflicts and forms of violence---and so be imprudent/unwise in dealing with them. If we think/insist that all our relationships are and/or should be simple---we will are unable to recognize and deal with the complexities which do exist and which we cannot eliminate through conflict and violence. Some people perceive themselves as having the opportunity, privilege, right, duty, and/or capability of: owning, being in charge of, managing, controlling or otherwise administering---people, objects and/or relationships among people, objects and/or relationships. Such perceptions are the foundations for many conflicts and occasions of violence; especially if the people who have such perceptions believe themselves to be superior to other people because of such perceptions on their part.
