In our frustrated attempts to be independent separate entities we join together in coercive collusive games of mutual self deception---in which we are perversely dependent upon each dishonest other to respect our interdependent dishonest conceptions of ourselves as independent creatures---who stand back from every thing and person; and judge it without reflexivity, passion or affection. We are so "successful" in our efforts that it does not seem strange to us to regard ourselves and each other as essentially complex objects which are best understood and controlled through objective analysis and impersonal manipulations. Our deceptive egos were born of our conceptions of ourselves as essentially separated beings---capable of existing eternally as separated beings---even though we are not aware of any eternal past, or of the process of our own conception as isolated beings. By the dishonest nature of our egoistic conceptions and by the collusive rules which covered them and govern us now, our egos can not survive the revelation of how they were conceived and how they continue to survive by virtue of our collusive games of mutual self deception which are devoid of true virtue. Our egos do not seek truth, honesty, intimacy, love, personal integrity or communal integrity---for our egos would not survive a successful search for such threats to their survival. Our apparent objectivity and abilities to understand, predict and control have been bought at the price of personal and communal integrity. Because our fears paralyze us, we do not love ourselves, each other, truth, honesty, intimacy, or integrity---and will not do so until we together decide that we do not like our present ways; and so decide to change our minds and our purposes through cooperative efforts which reveal how essentially inter-connected we are in a universe which in its conception was essentially one in a singular time, place and being.
