Under the above conditions --- collusive addicts and their supportive codependents are bound to conceive God to be the supremely powerful and in-control addict who seeks perfection in all his obedient subjects; a God rejects those who are not the very best and in full conformity to God's demands. Such conformed people are willing to be God's self appointed assistants, eager to compete for favored treatment under the manipulative terms of heaven! They stand ready to set the cosmic stage for the ultimate competition to get a special seat next to God. They will gladly crucify any fool who suggests that children who have not yet achieved any level of perfection which is worthy of respect---will get into heaven first. They will regard as fools any people willing to be servants, rather than competing to be in charge. They will be terrified at the suggestion that heaven is not dominated by their own set of exclusive admission requirements, and that God is not the the Supreme Addict who is the most skillful and powerful of all in manipulating humans.
