It would help if such integrative efforts were made in anticipation of the inevitable fact that mistakes and errors will be made. Yet, in contrast many religious leaders persistently lay foundations for alienating people who make mistakes or errors.Such religious leaders refuse to seek integrative ways to minimize alienation between the people who make mistakes and/or errors, and those people who regard themselves as superior, more perfect, and/or without blame in the alienative relationships which follow. Evil does not reside in mistakes, errors or the people who make mistakes and/or errors. Evil resides in the alienative relationships between the people who make the mistakes and/or errors on the one side; and on the other side the self-righteous, arrogant and judgmental people who think and act in ways which generate/maintain alienative relationships following the errors and mistakes.
