     When managers are taught to feel responsible for  the
outcome of manipulative management efforts without  regard
for  the integrity of communications,  they are set up  to
become addictive manipulators who will promote the  growth
of addictive/codependent organizations.

     It is dishonest to pretend that managers can  control
the  outcome  of  their  organizational  efforts.   It  is
healthier  to focus upon promoting personal  and  communal
integrity  in honest efforts of the corporation to provide
goods  and  services  which are  authentically  needed  by
potential customers.

     Creative  and honest communication efforts will  lead
to   profitable  outcomes  which  might  not   have   been
anticipated   in  management  plans,   and  could  not  be
accomplished  by  efforts  on the part  of  management  to
control  the  outcome  of personal  efforts  and  personal
