Those who do honestly seek peace, serenity and integrity find it in the fullness of time, in the eternal now of authentic relationships; with their whole being. Those who seek to achieve control through the techniques of collusions, addictions and codependency discover that they can control very little, no matter how hard they try to deceive themselves and others about themselves, their powers, and their actual and potential accomplishments. To transcend collusions, addictions, and codependence a person must have become disillusioned with their patterns of delusions and self deception; and be seeking other ways of living which are not characterized by games of mutual self deception. There must be authentically seeking for alternatives to the present unsatisfactory way of life. There must be a decision that the present paradigm is unsatisfactory, and a conviction that there must be a better way of life which is worth seeking. The present life must seem so bad that it is clear that other people are living a better life which is worth seeking in openly honest ways. Those who seek openly and honestly, find realities which are miraculous to those who are blinded by games of mutual self deception. Miracles are events which transcend human conception at the time of the miracles. Miracles appear impossible because of human games of mutual self deception. Recovery from collusions, addictions and codependency is miraculous to those who are imprisoned and have just started to seek recovery. Recovery is a threat to those who have not started to seek recovery; for recovery exposes all the dishonest games of mutual self deception which are essential to the paradigm of collusions, addictions and codependency.
