What is the UNA-USA Student Alliance? UNA-USA launched Student Alliance in 1999 to broaden and deepen an understanding of the UN system among students and to promote efforts that advance the goals of the UN Charter through education and advocacy. The Student Alliance, intended for all students from all walks of life, empowers youth to act as informed global participants by supporting the work of the UN. UNA-USA constantly examines new global challenges with a determined sense of hope and opportunity. The Student Alliance is a forum through which students can take part in this examination and cultivate a sense of global awareness within their communities.
