The person seeking to have a law suit considered --- must show that they have actually been harmed by another person; not merely that they fear that they may be harmed, or that they might have been harmed. Often Domineering-Bullies pretend that they bey being who they are "have standing" to object to what other people: 1. May have done, 2. Might do, 3. Might want to do, 4. Might accidently do, 5. Are thinking about doing, 6. Are saying openly, honestly and accurately, 7. Believe about God, Heaven, and Life-after-Death. The courts do not exist to do the bidding of Domineering- Bullies. Our challenge is to avoid unwittingly doing the bidding of Domineering-Bullies in informal relationshipss within our homes, neighborhoods, families, churches, voluntary- organizations, professional-organizations, work-places, etc. We need to have a clear informal sense of the limited occaions when Domineering-Bullies "have-standing" to object-informally to other people's: 1. Attitudes, 2. Beliefs, 3. Hopes, 4. Aspirations, 5. Experiences, 6. Honest-Descriptions, 7. Open-and-Honest-Dialogues, 8. Different-Perspectives, 9. Different-Perceptions, 10. Different-Religious-Frameworks. Be-Together in the Many-Gracious Ways of Shalom. (c) 2008 by Paul A.
