On such occasions agreement may be by general consensus, majority-vote, two-thirds-vote, etc. There are, however, occasions when communities are tragically mistaken in how they frame and respond to questions in inherently alienative ways --- which undermine the common good; undermine their personal and communal integrations and Integrities. Such occasions often pertain to the following kinds of questions: 1. Who is superior and who is inferior as a person? 2. Who is good and who is evil as a person, inherently? 3. How should residents be rank-ordered as to virtues? 4. How should residents be rank-ordered as to vices? 5. What forms of wealth-concentration are honorable? 6. What forms of power-concentration are honorable? 7. What forms of excommunication are honorable? 8. What forms of domination are honorable? 9. What forms of arrogance/self-righteousness are good? 10. What forms of alienation/estrangement are good? Which of the above questions are flawed, alienative? Which of the above questions are helpful, honorable?
