Their hormones, 2. Other metabolic-processes, 3. Reflex-Reactions, 4. Emotional-Responses triggered by childhood-memories. 5. Emotional-Responses triggered by adolescent-memories. 6. Emotional-Responses triggered by adult-memories. 7. Anxieties triggered by Domineering-People's-Actions. 8. How they will react to threats to their integrities. Some aspects of our being we cannot control at all. Other aspects of our being we can marginally control. Only Simplistic-Fools and/or Domineering-People are prone to presume otherwise. What are some of the wise and prudent ways to respond to the above facts of life? 1. Be well informed and realistic about the above. 2. Treat each other with empathy and sympathy. 3. As a whole community note the above two points. 4. Beware of responding in alienative ways. 5. Beware of arrogance and self-righteousness. 6. Beware of responding in domineering ways. 7. Beware of refusing to listen to others. 8. Beware of refusing to be in dialogue with others. 9. Beware of labeling others as evil-people. 10. Beware of distrusting all unfamiliar neighbors. 11. Beware of feeling others can do what you expect. 12. Beware of demanding others do just as you expect. 13. Beware of expecting that you can be invulnerable. 14. Beware of expecting that you can avoid all risks. Ignoring the above admonitions can lead to far more tragic consequences than are anticipated in thinking and feeling that ignoring them --- will be a satisfactory way to get what you want to get. Such wishful "thinking" is rarely effective for very long! Be Graciously-Together in the Many-Ways-of-Shalom. (c) 2006 by Paul A.
