They regard authority-to-respond as vested only in the hands of domineering people and the products of domineering people. To help and facilitate transcending such "begging of the questions" and concentrations of power --- NON-domineering people need to insist on defending: 1. Nation's and states' constitutions, "Bills of Rights" and the United Nations' Declaration of Universal Human rights. 2. Considerations of the importance of both personal integrities and communal integrities as essential foundations for meaningful survival. 3. The authority of common people's discernments of the implications of their own personal experiences and understandings of their own relationships pertaining to the attitudes, thoughts, beliefs, convictions, and actions of domineering people. 4. The practice of focusing upon EVIL as an aspect of human-RELATIONSHIPS, rather than as an aspect of isolated-individual-people; e.g., rather than as an aspect of isolated people who have been excommunicated/alienated by domineering people. 5. The principle that when domineering people are brought to trial for crimes against people's and communities' integrities --- domineering people should NOT be granted the right: to write or choose the laws in terms of which the domineering are to be tried, or to appoint the prosecuting attorneys, or to appoint the presiding judge, or to name the members of the jury, or to decide who can watch the trial, or to write the news reports about the trial. 6. The principle that goodness and righteousness cannot with integrity be defined in terms of any kind of conformity, no matter how "good" may be the ideal-forms, laws, rules, regulations, prescriptions, proscriptions, etc. (c) 2005 by Paul A. Smith in (On Being Yourself, Whole and Healthy) ==========================================================
