Such labelling is one of the primary behaviors of domineering people. In becoming good at doing such labelling --- we become like the people whom we feel proud of labelling in such a way. The label "EVIL-INDIVIDUAL" is a misleading judgemental label. The category "EVIL-INDIVIDUAL" is a misleading category. "Evil" pertains to relationships, not to individuals as such; or even to individuals trapped within EVIL-RELATIONSHIPS. Functioning in terms of the category/label EVIL-INDIVIDUAL creates EVIL-RELATIONSHIPS and traps people within EVIL-RELATIONSHIPS which are characterized by: alienation, estrangement, dishonesty, distrust, secrecy, ignorance, broken-communications, mis- communications, excommunications, prejudice, confusion, etc. "Different-People" are a threat to a community if and only if they are NOT-INTEGRATED into the community; e.g.: 1. By not having their complementary talents, skills, abilities, hopes, aspirations, desires, values, ideals, principles, theories, beliefs, convictions, etc. --- known, acknowledged, considered, responded-to, and integrated into an expanding communal-integrity. 2. By being ignored, rejected, ostracized, banished or excommunicated. 3. By being treated as inferior and second-class citizens --- and deprived of rights articulated in the United Nation Declaration of Human Rights. 4. By being labelled as EVIL-INDIVIDUALS and being treated as a threat to the communal-integrity because they have been labelled as EVIL-INDIVIDUALS. 5. By being accused of the crime of NON-CONFORMITY by virtue of their being open and honest about their creative abilities, insights, discernments, and understandings --- which transcend the community's dominant collusive games of mutual self deception.
