The challenges which they accept are not: destructive, winning at the expense of other people's loss, about domination, or about control. Conflicts between humans are not promoted by truly creative people. Creative humans' goal is to truly resolve destructive conflicts so that people can work constructively/cooperatively together towards common goals. In contrast, domineering people are often trapped in futile efforts to win at each other's expense. They are indifferent to people's needs to provide for each other: improved housing, meals, clothing, education, health- care, and examples of healthy communication-patterns. Dominators are self-centered, ego-centric and narcissistic. Even when they are presumably dedicated to "good-causes" their real concerns are self-centered, pertaining to themselves being the dominant leader. (c) 2005 by Paul A.
