The dictionary definitions of the meanings of each word --- will not tell the whole story about how the text will be perceived to have meaning to and for the person who reads the text. Each person, even at the level of logic and reasoning, will associate with each word various levels of importance as regards the various formally defined meanings which most words have in common usage --- reflected in the defined meanings found within dictionaries. We need to deal with the fact-of-life that there is no one unique and objectively real meaning contained by any text; i.e., no meanings which exists independent of the people who read the text. COOPERATIVE-PEOPLE may agree with each other about the nature of the meaning which they discern when they read a text. CONTENTIOUS- PEOPLE and DOMINEERING-PEOPLE are likely to disagree with each other about the nature of the meaning which they believe is contained in the text --- in some way which presumably transcends them as different individuals. DOMINEERING-PEOPLE are likely to try to impose upon VULNERABLE-PEOPLE the meanings for each text which the DOMINEERING-PEOPLE find advantageous to and for themselves; at the expense of VULNERABLE-PEOPLE whom the DOMINEERING-PEOPLE do not revere, respect, honor, or trust.
