Ideals, values and principles. 2. Rules, laws, regulations, formal procedures. 3. Descriptions vs prescriptions & proscriptions 4. Commandments, injunctions, orders. 5. Abstracts generalizations vs concrete statements. 6. Stories, mythologies, cosmologies. 7. Stories about great/divine leaders. 8. Statements about God, creation, end-times. 9. Prophets, prophecies; judges, judgements. 10. Inclusions, acceptance; exclusions, rejections. Given that some that some set of "things" are "before us" because of affirmations which have been made regarding them, and given some contentious responses to such affirmations; different people may respond to them and/or work with them differently because of: 1. Differences among persons as regards: fears, hopes, anxieties, aspirations, anxieties, injuries, mental illnesses, physiological injuries, memories, forgetfulness, repressions, suppressions, etc. 2. Biological and cultural inheritances via DNA strands and strands of relationships within the different family trees. 3. Differences in people's ways of representing different realities through: stories, images, art, music, songs, dance, abstractions, mathematics, sciences, histories, literature, myths, concepts, vocabularies, syntaxes, etc. --- with differences in emphasis upon the various components. 4. Different levels of preoccupation with issues of: control, dominance, perfection, creativity, conformity, tolerance, diversity, unification, integrity, integration, traditions, renewal, healing, destruction, construction, reformation, feelings, emotions, perceptions, convergence, divergence, etc. 5. Differences in what kinds of leaders people are willing to trust, respect, honor, support, obey, accept, and empower. Power corrupts and absolute power often corrupts absolutely. Beware of people who concentrate power in too few kinds of "things" and "possible leaders" --- to the exclusion of other complementary kinds of "things" and possible "leaders". Beware of leaders who are: exclusive, domineering, intolerant, fearful, perpetually-anxious, defensive ---and prone to leaded their followers-and-enemies to be likewise: exclusive, dominant, intolerant, fearful, perpetually anxious, defensive, etc. Such people lead each other to behave in ways which undermine all kinds of essential foundations to both personal and communal integrity. Such leaders may be sincere and/or appear to be sincere; yet think, behave, and related to other people in ways which: 1. Pervert many, if not all, of the "things" and "people" whom they "affirm". 2. Engender collusive games of mutual self deception, addictions, codependent relationships, un- healthy enabling and/or rescues; heretical affirmations of exclusive parts of paradoxical coherent/whole affirmations, etc. 3. Make it nearly impossible to clarify, describe, articulate, recognize, understand, transcend, or subvert the alienative processes which they engender. 4. Lead their followers to distrust, fear, and denigrate people who try to clarify, describe, articulate, recognize, understand, transcend, or subvert the alienative processes which they engender.
