Size, weight, frame, hair color and skin color. 2. Body proportions and general appearances. 3. Eye color. 4. Physical strength, dexterity, and nimbleness. 5. Abilities in working with visual-images, sound-patterns, bodily-motions, smells, tastes, touch, ideas, abstractions, etc. --- as regards creating new ones, learning and remembering old ones, combining/permuting pre-existing ones, and dealing with inter-relations among existing ones. 6. Such abilities lead to specializations in/among: painters, photographers, architects; musicians, composers, performers, singers; dancers, ballet, sports, manual-laborers; cooks, dietitians, chefs; speakers, teachers, professors; story-tellers, novelists, writers; analysts, scientists, scholars; politicians, business-experts, pure-researchers, engineers, computer-programmers, religious leaders, mediators, doers, etc. Humans differ in how they reward/punish each other because of the above patterns of differences; e.g., who is granted much power, or virtually none; who is paid very well, or hardly at all for helpful work which is actually done; for reasons which are just, unfair, biased, prejudicial, legalistic, judgemental, domineering, graceful, integrative, and disintegrative. Civilizations grow and prosper when leaders within them behave in ways which facilitate and encourage learning organizations --- wherein all members are encouraged/facilitated --- to learn, grow, and prosper as systems-aware leaders who are working to promote the personal and communal integrities of all participants --- for the good of all participants --- as cooperative builders of the civilization --- working in the civil ways of: Love, Faith and Hope --- with visions shared in sanctuaries built for all to enjoy.
