Disintegrative competition between complementary kinds of people who are not kind to each other; undermine the integrities of the people and the integrities of their communities. How might such complementary people learn to synthesize their complementary and competitive natures into some coherent whole patterns? Athletic competitions do entail teams which do cooperate with each other, under mutually agreed to rules --- to compete with each other team; while within the respective teams the members of the competing teams cooperate with each other member of their own team; and vast crowds of bystanding spectators cheer on the competitive teams --- and mutually-agreed-to referees make sure that the teams and their respective members do compete in keeping with the mutually agreed upon rules. Athletic competitions do channel much human time and energy into non-destructive efforts --- most of the time at least. How much more might be accomplished if equal amounts of time and energy --- were channeled into comprehensively-cooperative-efforts to achieve agreed-upon-goals and cooperative-relationships among all of the people involved in the efforts? How can we learn to COOPERATE with COMPLEMENTARY kinds-of-people in kind-new-ways which are integrative --- rather than dis-integrative; because "different" people are seen as beings who are COMPLEMENTARY rather than as: CONTESTANTS who are CONTENTIOUSLY in CONFLICT over who will DOMINATE as servants of THE DOMINATION SYSTEM. How can we transform senseless-and-disintegrative- competition over-being-dominant -- into integrative cooperation within-civil-relationships designed to civilize-human-tendencies-to-compete for positions-of-dominance over vulnerable members of the whole community? How can we learn to recognize "different" people who might be complementary-people-cooperating-with-us in doing what both-we-and-they-need-to-do together-for-our-mutual-integration/benefit?
