     In the universe of physicists the relationships among
elementary  particles  are  determined  by  the most basic
properties  of  the  elementary  particles.    Physicists'
perceived relationships among  elementary  constituents do
not  fundamentally  cause  any change in the properties of
the elementary constituents.    To  physicists  it  is the
character of the elementary  constituents which  determine
the character of their relationships; in no case is it the
other way around.

     To   physicists   all  possible   relationships   are
determined  by  the character of  pre-existing  elementary
constituents.    No combination of elementary constituents
can occasion a kind of relationship among the  constituent
parts  which did not exist in theory in the characters  of
the  elementary constituents before they were assembled to
interact.     Creativity  in  assembly  is   theoretically
impossible,   because  all possibilities exist  in  theory
before  they can exist in fact.   This is why  theoretical
physicists   are   respected   in   practice   more   than
experimental  physicists are given  honor  in  theoretical
circles.   In principle this fact existed in theory before
