     The  meaning of social approval (or of  its  absence)
depends   upon   the   expectations   of   the   concerned
individuals.

     Social  reflexivity  as  regards  personal   approval
offers  many  possible combinations entailing:   (1)   The
nature of the  approval.  (2) Is approval expected or not?
(3) Approved by whom?  (4)  Is approval given or withheld?
(5)  The  nature  of motivations and intentions.  (6)  How
